Loosely imagined plans are taken and crammed between our heads and the floor joists in an almost too small basement and shaken around by the music in the cement and we eat more pretzels than how many blocks it took walking to get them. That's how Philadelphia seems to operate; it's most notably a recluse for pretzel lovers. A mecca. Baltimore bound in the morning, and El Sabae to Egypt, and who knows who else we might run into.
